I do not know what the domain is, or if it's set to anything. When looking at the network capture, Outlook binds to "\\username". The same works for openchange client: the only way I can get it to authenticate is to specify --domain="". It also binds to "\\username" then (according to wireshark). If I try to add any domain, the client tries to bind to "DOMAIN\\username" and fails.
