Please fix the rules file:
KERNEL=="event[0-9]*", SYSFS{idVendor}=="056a", SYMLINK+="input/wacom%e"
and do NOT install it in rules.d/! Rules files *MUST* be installed in
/etc/udev/ and then a symlink be created the first time the package is
installed (and never again, even if it is deleted).
Also, the hotplug script should be fixed to not depend on /usr/ because
in the future coldplug events will probably be generated before it has
been mounted (the sane thing would be to depend on udev and just use a
RUN rule anyway...).
