Hi,
The french translation of the dpkg mangage tells that the caracter '{'
(instead of '[' in the C manpage) start a caracter class).
I continue in french about the style of tranduction of this part of the
manpage
La traduction française utilise ";" (au lieu de "," dans la page originale)
dans la phrase :
Les motifs globaux utilisent les mêmes caractères joker
que le shell ; « * » correspond à une séquence quelconque
de caractères[...]
Le point virgule me semble trop fort car « * » n'a pas cette signification dans
le shell. Il faudrait donc garder cette précision plus rapprochée de la phrase
précédente.
The '{' -> '[' sould really be fixed before the squeeze release.
