I disagree with the downgrade. (But I won't engage in a severity fight,
as this would be not helpful.)

This _is_ a grave and RC bug in this version (since this version is
undoubtly uninstallable) and will still be a grave bug, until you close
it with your next upload. You may want to tag it pending to indicate
this has been dealt with in an upcoming release.
