Please recommends texlive instead of tetex-bin, this package does not
exists.

In Ubuntu, we've applied the attached patch to achieve the following:

  * Merge from debian unstable.  Remaining changes:
    debian/control: recommend texlive-latex-base instead of tetex-bin.

We thought you might be interested in doing the same.
