Package: parcellite
Version: 0.9.2-1
Severity: normal

Try the following:

1- Open a big text file on Emacs (for example, 1GB)
2- Select all the text and cut it to the clipboard using C-w

Emacs will do the right thing by warning the action can't be undoed because the
selected region is big, but if parcellite is active it will store all the
copied text, probably being killed by the kernel OOM. Parcellite needs to be
fixed to truncate the text of a cut if it surpasses some limit. Probably the
problem is worse if you have save_history enabled (didn't tried it).
