Package: menu-xdg Version: 0.2 Severity: normal like the title saying. when logged on root(or system administrator) to GNOME, the menu entries are not redundant. but when logged on normal user to GNOME, the menu entries are redundant as following :
the big & small categories are just normal, but the most important part, 'command' items are created in double and sometimes not updated although I killed gnome-panel(to make restart) for example: Debian --> Games --> Toys (these are ok) Toys --> Xeyes, Xeyes, Xlogo, Xlogo can you understand what I meant? one of some items are not invoked if clicked on it. I give you another example: Debian --> Apps --> Viewers : Viewers --> DjView * 2, Eye Of GNOME * 2, ImageMagick * 2, gthumb *2, .. as longger and longger the list is, the menu reachs to the sky(upper screen) & earth(bottom screen). -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.12.3-ogg21 Locale: LANG=ko_KR.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=ko_KR.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) menu-xdg depends on no packages.
