Hi. I had to search the source to find out how to do that (since I also often try to access the aptitude menu through an ssh session with F10 already grabbed). However: You can also access the menu through the CTRL-<SPACE> combination. I downgrade this bug to wishlist, since - in fact - you actually can use the menu remotely. Please, dear aptitude developers: Please document the alternate way to access the menu, ideally in the "online" help, available by hitting "?" when running aptitude interactively.
