Package: lynx-cur
Version: 2.8.8dev.1-1
Severity: wishlist

Submission of HTML CGI forms is too important to leave to the
whim of web page designers and scripters, who too often
have no knowledge of writing for web page accessability/usability,
and seem to feel that javascript should be required for
a simple form submission.
Both w3m and elinks have provission to force submission
of CGI forms bypassing any poorly implimented mechanism
of the page's creators.
Lynx should have the same.
In w3m's case, a 'SUBMIT' command can be invoked
after hitting the ':' key, or mapped directly to a key for invocation.
elinks brings up a menu after filling out a field and hitting
return, allowing submission no matter how poorly the
page creators design is.
The w3m paradigm seems most appropriate to me.
