Following a discussion on #debian-boot earlier today, it would be useful
if the binary-from-other-architecture test could be applied to files from
the control.tar.gz in binary packages (primarily maintainer scripts).
>From a quick look, this would most likely involve changes to
collection/{file,unpack}-info to process control-index in addition to
index, and to Lintian::Collect::Binary to expose the results.
