File /etc/xdg/autostart/gnome-do.desktop makes gnome-do start for each user. Actually it starts for example in gnome, and additionally shows popup which is very confusing because there is no "x" (close) button to close it (yes, i know esc will work, but not all users know this). It also eats some memory and most users do not use it by default. So it is wasteful both in memory and start up time. If somebody want to use it, will easily add it to autostart manually.
