I am currently using the following wrapper in order to force dget to use
the same proxy setting as apt does:
#!/bin/sh
for protocol in http ftp
do
eval "$(apt-config shell http_proxy Acquire::$protocol::Proxy)"
export "${protocol}_proxy"
done
exec /usr/bin/dget "$@"
It would be nice if dget used apt settings out of the box. :)
