It seems that some (but not all) options are ignored when placed
in the .ledgerrc file. The example below shows the --cleared
option working from the command line, but not from .ledgerrc. The
same problem exists with the pager option.
$ ledger -f a --cleared reg
2010/11/01 Test1 A:B
$100 $100
C:D
$-100 0
$
$ cat .ledgerrc
--wide --cleared --pager
$
$ ledger -f a reg
2010/11/01 Test1 A:B
$100 $100
C:D
$-100 0
2010/11/10 Test2 C:D
$100 $100
A:B
$-100 0
