Bug#529825: came across this again today

I was working on an abc file again today and searched around on google when I hit this bug - I had forgotten I had filed this report last year. 

I figured out a workaround.

I can use:
  %%topmargin 2cm

instead of:
  I:topmargin 2cm

and it works fine for abcm2ps
