Hi, /usr/share/doc/gogoc/README.Debian states: Obtaining Server Key -------------------- If you use the authentication methods to login to the broker, you will need to get the server key. The program will check for the correct key and not start without it. To obtain the key, run /usr/sbin/gogoc on the command line and agree to add the key. gogoc will daemonize itself unless run as "/usr/sbin/gogoc -n" and on my machine consumed 100 percent of one core's cpu when run without the "-n" and no server key was present when attemptig authentication to a broker. Therefore the command line in the README.Debian should include the -n -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.37-rc4-git4 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_AU.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_AU.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages gogoc depends on: ii iproute 20100519-3 networking and traffic control too ii libc6 2.11.2-7 Embedded GNU C Library: Shared lib ii libgcc1 1:4.4.5-10 GCC support library ii libssl0.9.8 0.9.8o-3 SSL shared libraries ii libstdc++6 4.4.5-10 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ii net-tools 1.60-23 The NET-3 networking toolkit Versions of packages gogoc recommends: pn radvd <none> (no description available) gogoc suggests no packages. -- Configuration Files: /etc/default/gogoc changed [not included] /etc/gogoc/gogoc.conf [Errno 13] Permission denied: u'/etc/gogoc/gogoc.conf' -- debconf-show failed -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
