It appears to be known by tar upstream that you can't use
--one-file-system and --listed-incremental together, which is what
amanda is trying to do.

I personally use dump and not tar with amanda, so haven't seen the
problem. Since the version of tar in squeeze is ok, a reasonable
workaround is to downgrade to that version of tar until upstream
resolves the problem.
