Ok, I tried another installation on another machine.
When launching, Kdenlive complains about MLT version. Screenshot here :

And effectively, kdenlive can be launched. :-)
I just stopped on that red cross and tried to find another version.

But I don't know if some features are affected by the MLT version.
Imho MLT version should match with one Kdenlive is expecting. Or, if
there is no real problem, a warning should be shown instead of the red
cross. It's frightning. :-)


Don't worry, it works ;)
To mark it as warning or something else we are too deep in the freeze process.
mlt 0.5.10 is btw in experimental
