While intended to fix the sockets leaking problem, I found that
current sshuttle package in Debian is in fact version 0.42 plus
upstream snapshots, which is rather confusing because that one can not
easily find the corresponding upstream version.

And the file debian/patches/debian-changes-0.42-2 contains changes
from both upstream and package maintainer, which adds another barrier
for people want to update the package locally.
