The ISO as well the full grub directory can be found at: http://amd64.grml.org/bug_605567/ [kvm|qemu] -hda ./grml-small-sid_2010.12.20.iso triggers the problem for me (notice that isolinux will come up if using -cdrom instead of -hda, jfyi).
