Put this options in /etc/default/p910nd

       P910ND_OPTS="-f /dev/usb/lp0 -b"

... and enable daemon:

       P910ND_START=1

next: /etc/init.d/p910nd start

P910ND_NUM is to start daemon in not default printer (ex: /dev/lp2 9102
port)

By default, p910nd is not started, you need to change to "1" to enable
it.

p910nd exposes 9100 port (if enabled) by default, this is why the daemon
start is disabled in package.

I agree with creating README.Debian, I'm not a native english speaker if
you can write some explanation help, I will upload in next release.
