just .1 cents although we don't have prebuilt RTAI kernels in Debian , we do have rtai package/patches, so, although it is a not 1 click solution, per se, we have this piece available.
May be eventually someone would step up to keep up a debian repository of pre-built debian (or vanilla) linux kernels with RTAI.
