Hi Petter! vnc4server seems to be the best VNC server for xrdp. Several problems have been reported with other VNC servers. Check that "Xvnc" is a (indirect) symlink to vnc4server. In KDE, could you try to disable any visual effects? The misdrawed areas seem to be the ones using transparency. You can also check if the problem comes from vnc4server or from xrdp by running vnc4server by hand and connect to it using a regular VNC client. Look in the process list to check what arguments you should use to launch Xvnc.
