Please post the content of the following directories: ls -la /usr/lib/nvidia/diversions /usr/lib/nvidia /usr/lib/xorg/modules/extensions/
If you are missing /usr/lib/nvidia/diversions/, please reinstall libglx-nvidia-alternatives and try to upgrade Xorg again.
