Package: libpq5 Version: 9.0.1-1 Severity: normal PostgreSQL 9.0 changed the default bytea_output from 'escape' to 'hex' which is not supported by older releases of libdbd-pg-perl[1]. This is reported to break some applications, for example request-tracker3.8.
It was suggested[2] that PostgreSQL 9.0 adds a Breaks: libdbd-pg-perl (<< 2.17.2-1~) to ensure that a recent version of DBD::Pg is used.
