Huh? You filed the bug against network-manager-openvpn? Why should patching the D-Bus config file for network-manager-vpnc have any effect on network-manager-openvpn? You're patch to the D-Bus config file looks dangerous and wrong, btw. Why should you grant access to everyone logged in locally? Are you sure, this is not just a strange side-effect?
