Hi, These DTD differences are not so simple to adress. But new 1.2.18 in experimental does decent job. If you think this is good enough, I will close. Otherwise, tell me exact case where you have problem.
Also, I see no reason to keep comment for html and non-existing sgml. Now that I provide DocBook XML conversion wrapper example, #430603 is practically fixed. As for #430600, that is impossible due to DTD unless you have some idea. Let me know. I tried with maint-guide and debian-policy and debian-faq. So far it seems to work fine using example scripts.
