Thanks for the report. I didn't use a versioned depends because it is only a strict depends for Unos. Older Arduinos work with the older RXTX, and since the packages were in experimental (and thus more difficult to install), I kept it unversioned so the majority of users wouldn't have to find and download the experimental rxtx. After squeeze is released, and we can upload to unstable again, I will make it a versioned depends.
