Thanks for a clear report. Unfortunately that URI is dead now. Can
you still reproduce this problem? If so, could you try
1) converting it to PDF in two stages, with dvips followed by ps2pdf
2) whether or not that works, attaching a (gzipped) DVI file that
exhibits the problem?
