Package: ca-certificates
Version: 20090814+nmu2

Hi,

I'd like to second this request made by José Parella on adding Venezuela's
SUSCERTE CA to ca-certificates package in Debian.

SUSCERTE is the institution that was created due to the decree-law number 1.204
dated February 10th, 2001 in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. The function
of SUSCERTE is to coordinate and implement the hierarchical model of the
National infrastructure of Electronic Certification, it also accredits,
supervises, and controls the Providers of Certification Services. It is the
entity responsible of the authority of Root Certificates of Venezuelan State.¹

For all reasons mentioned above, I recommend and support the inclusion of
SUSCERTE CA.

Best Regards,
