Just see, what happens, if you copy-paste this command to some shell
prompt that runs under locale settings using UTF-8:

ticker 'Ääliö, älä lyö! Ööliä läikkyy! Pelataan šakkia džonkin kannella. pilu 
10 € Åke från Sverige.'

BTW libslang2 supports UTF-8, already, so there should not be problems
with fixing this bug.

Loose translation of that test: "Stupid, do not not hit! Beer will
slosh! Let's play chess on the deck of a junk. Pussy 10 €. Åke from
Sweden." Everything is in Finnish language, except that last sentnce
is in Swedish language.
