OK, I am trying to test this fix, but I am having a hard time in
simulating an unpack failure! :-/

Is there a reasonably simple way to make the unpack operation fail
during a "dpkg -i package.deb" inside a throw-away sid chroot, without
altering package.deb?
In other words, I would like to simulate an unpack failure issue in a
package.

Any ideas?
Should I ask on [email protected]?
