Hi!

I tried to install libhwloc1 and got:

root@asus data1.5$ apt-get install libhwloc1

The following NEW packages will be installed:

Need to get 0 B/53.3 kB of archives.
After this operation, 164 kB of additional disk space will be used.

Unpacking libhwloc1 (from .../libhwloc1_1.1-2_amd64.deb) ...

(--unpack):
trying to overwrite '/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libhwloc.so.1.0.1', which is also in package libhwloc0 1.1-1
configured to not write apport reports
                                      Errors were encountered while processing:
 /var/cache/apt/archives/libhwloc1_1.1-2_amd64.deb
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

So the fact that libhwloc0 includes the wrong library file makes libhwloc1 unstallable.

Best regards
