As mentioned in the changelog and README.Debian file included in the package,
the original sound and music has been removed, as they are considered not to be
distributable by Debian (most resources lack copyright information).
New music and sound has been found, and will be released with version 1.0.18.

This will probably have been fixed in the new version as well, but I will check
