Package: ifplugd
Version: 0.26-2
Severity: normal

ifplugd gets started too early when run from hotplug. When init gets to
"ifup -a" from /etc/init.d/networking, the system hangs for about a
minute because "ifup -a" can't get its lock because ifplugd is still
trying to bring the hotplug interfaces up.

Config:
'lan' and 'wlan' (renamed by udev) are both to be handled by ifplugd.
'wlan' is a ipw2200 device and configured by wpa_supplicant.
The only other interface is 'lo'.

The delay happens when there is no network connection at all and if
there's only WLAN. If wired LAN is available there's no delay.
