I've tried to rebuild it from a git cloned checkout, but it doesn't seem to be working. I've done : LANG=C dpkg-buildpackage -us -uc -rfakeroot and get : ... Unknown channel "components.ez.no" Parsing of package.xml from file "Base-1.8/package.xml" failed Cannot download non-local package "Base-1.8/package.xml" install failed make: *** [install] Error 1 I'm not sure using pear inside a debian/rules is very much advised. Maybe using a classical get-orig-source and wget would be much safer ? Hope this helps.
