Try this one in GNU/Linux

    strobe foreignhost localhost

This seems never to end on testing/sid.

A FreeBSD system complains about lowering
the acceptable reset rate, i.e., acceptable
RST packages per second. Is there some band
limiting behaviour surfacing here?
