Followup-For: Bug #305982

Yes, I use the forbidden list to get rid of little web bugs
(1x1 images for monitoring) and adverts.   However, the
resulting message is pretty unesthetic.
If I had my choice, I'd convert these error messages
into a reference to a little web page or image.
