Just FYI: 2.21 can't be uploaded to unstable until libevent 2.0.10 hits unstable as well. I haven't poked the libevent maintainer yet, since libevent 2.0.10 is in experimental (and so I assume their working on it), but if you want, feel free to submit a wishlist bug against it and I'll mark this bug as blocked. In the meantime I'll upload 2.21 to experimental.
