Hello Gluegen2 has been accepted in experimental a few days ago.
I am working on the jogl v2 packaging. I am able to build jogl2: http://svn.debian.org/viewsvn/pkg-java/trunk/libjogl2-java/ but I haven't created the package yet. Especially because jogl2 is producing tones of jar and libs: http://jogamp.org/jogl/doc/deployment/JOGL-DEPLOYMENT.html I have to find out the best way to package all this.
