This was fixed upstream in versions 2.20100623.*, and has been resolved
in the version now in wheezy (1:2.20100701.2961-3). Unfortunately, t
didn't make it into squeeze in time for the freeze (ironically, due to
problems with the test suite) :( Sorry about that!
