Package: openoffice.org
Version: 3.2.1-11+squeeze2
uname - a = 2.6.32-5-amd64
I launch soffice in listen mode like this :
/soffice -headless -nologo -nodefault -invisible -nofirststartwizard
-norestore "-accept=socket,host=*localhost*,port=8100;urp"/
Then immediatly after I try to connect the socket :
/telnet localhost 8100
/
I can't connect immediately : it takes a long time before soffice can be
connected (more then twenty seconds).
So I've verified my /etc/hosts file which seems ok:
/127.0.0.1 localhost localhost.<mydomain>
localhost.localdomain/
I've tried the following command :
/soffice -headless -nologo -nodefault -invisible -nofirststartwizard
-norestore "-accept=socket,host=*127.0.0.1*,port=8100;urp"/
The connection was immediate.
But with uno API :
/XUnoUrlResolver xUnoUrlResolver = (XUnoUrlResolver)
UnoRuntime.queryInterface( XUnoUrlResolver.class, objectUrlResolver );
Object initialObject = xUnoUrlResolver.resolve(
"uno:socket,host=*localhost*,port=8100;urp;StarOffice.ServiceManager" );
or
Object initialObject = xUnoUrlResolver.resolve(
"uno:socket,host=*172.0.0.1*,port=8100;urp;StarOffice.ServiceManager" );
/
is still very very long to start ....
For information on lenny all works fine (2.6.26-2-amd64).
What i've missed ? Or there is a problem ?
Thanks
