does it make sense to come up with logcheck exceptions for this
package? The default log level is info and so racoon is behaving.

We should either set the log-level at start-time in the racoon
init-script by RACOON_ARGS to error to suppress info messages or
overwrite the default racoon.conf file.

Your opinion about that?
