Occasionally (not every time, but not uncommon either) after suspending a nano
session, when I go to resume it with fg I get the message "Received SIGHUP or
SIGTERM" and the editor quits, leaving the file in ${origname}.save
Perhaps it is a known issue, but I was unable to find anything. Originally I
thought it occured only on amd64, but I have also seen it on x86. Both
architectures I have used 2.6.8 and 2.6.11 (debian packaged versions).
