After seeing this bug report, I wrote up a man page which was added to our repository in SVN 4005:
http://freedroid.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/freedroid/freedroidRPG.6?view=markup It will be a part of the 0.15 release, also can be included as part of the 0.14.1 release.
