Can you try to install the dom inspector (the debian package might not
work at the moment, it's not the the latest version, so you can pick
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/dom-inspector-6622/ ),
bring the inspector UI with ctrl+shift+i, then File>Inspect Chrome
Document>Title of the webpage you are on - Iceweasel 4.0Beta12, click on
the second icon in the toolbar (the binoculars), search for id
"nav-bar" (you will need to go to Edit > Find Again to find the actual
nav-bar id, because it will first get you to toggle_mav-bar), in the
right pane, click the icon on the left of "Object - DOM Node", and
select CSS Rules. Then check all rules come from chrome://... urls.

Then in the left pane, go up on each parent in the tree (toolbox, vbox,
deck, window) and check CSS Rules on them too.
