Your package build-depends on libopencascade-dev; this is a transitional package which is going to be dropped. As there is a new upstream version of opencascade, I would like to drop it now. You can simply remove this dependency since your package does not use opencascade at all. Its support can no more be enabled, your opencascade module uses k3d::gprim_factory which has been removed.
