Hi, I am sorry to hear that this one still occurs. Python 2.5 is just too buggy with respect to SSL, so that has been deprecated. If you don't rely on SSL CA checks, the code will still work with python 2.5.
What is your setup? Are you connecting via SSL or without? Are you using threads?
