Package: libgda Version: 4.0 When libgda is installed but sqlite-dev is not then opening sqlite databases with libgda fails because it tries to open libsqlite.so which is not present and doesn't try to open libsqlite.so.0 for example.
This break anjuta on Debian/Ubuntu (see also https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/anjuta/+bug/722079)
