Subject: openntpd description outdated?
Package: openntpd
Severity: minor

Forwarded from https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/276742:

"I looked at OpenNTPD's website (openntpd.org) and verified that their
source calls one of the following: adjtime() or settimeofday(). After
verifying theirs would call adjtime() I check'd the source package:
$ apt-get source openntpd
it appears this package also contains this call to adjtime(). This call
implies to me that the line "...and does not adjust the rate of the
clock" is incorrect. Please correct me if I'm wrong."
