http://bugs.debian.org/release-critical/other/testing.html mentions a 'src' package with a lot of packages, though it seems that there should be way less bugs on the page and the ones against 'src' should probably be mentioned at the respective packages instead.
The page in question seems to show bugs assigned to source packages correctly. There is no information about maintainer, but I guess it's not very important.
